Implementation Account Manager
This is a full-time position based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for a highly professional software Implementation Account Manager. The person selected for this position will be responsible for on-going customer management, new implementations, and best-practice consulting for clients in the Continuing Medical Education (CME) industry. Successful candidates are results-oriented performers who can work closely with sales staff to perform software demonstrations and presentations, and assist sales staff in addressing a customer’s software functionality and implementation support needs. In addition, candidates must be comfortable in delivering product training, post-sales customer support, sharing expertise, gathering requirements, and promoting technology both internally and externally.
